Shipping policy

All items ordered before 14:00 will be sent the same day. Orders after 14:01 will be sent next working day. We only send via Royal Mail or FedEx Tracked services which is a 24 hour or 48 hour service. You will receive full tracking details via text or email. We do not dispatch on a Saturday therefore if you order after 14:01 on a Friday your item will be dispatched on the following Monday.

During busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas please allow 1 extra day for delivery due to courier services being delayed. If your product is not delivered within 3 working days and the tracking is not updating please contact the email address at the bottom.
